2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the piktaf-studio.com website (the "Site") operated by PIKTAF STUDIO ("we", "us").
Each of our apps is covered by its own privacy policy:
3. Analytics (Google Analytics)
To improve the Site, we use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google LLC. It uses cookies to collect information such as:
- URL and title of the pages you view, date and time, and time spent
- Referrer (which site or search engine you came from)
- Browser type, operating system, screen size and language settings
- Approximate location (country and city level) derived from your IP address
- Clicks on links to the app stores
This information is processed on an aggregated basis. We do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address. Your IP address is used during processing by Google but is not stored in Google Analytics 4.
We do not use this data for advertising. Advertising-related cookies are disabled at all times by the Site's configuration.
4. Cookies and consent
- Visitors from the EEA and the UK: Google Analytics is not loaded and no cookies are set until you press the accept button.
- Visitors from other regions: Google Analytics is enabled by default. You can disable it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
- Theme preference (dark/light) and your consent choice: stored in your browser's localStorage. They are used only to display the Site and are never transmitted elsewhere.
If you withdraw consent, we stop loading Google Analytics and delete the Google Analytics cookies already stored (those beginning with _ga).
5. How to change or withdraw consent
- Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page at any time.
- Delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Data retention
Event data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property (up to 14 months). Individual records are deleted automatically once that period expires.
7. Third parties and international transfers
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. However, the following services may receive information as a result of their use on the Site:
- Google Analytics
- Website analytics (Google Privacy Policy)
- Google Fonts
- Web font delivery. Connection data including your IP address is sent to Google when fonts are loaded
- GitHub Pages
- Hosting for the Site. GitHub, Inc. may collect access logs (GitHub Privacy Statement)
Because of the nature of these services, information may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States.
8. External links
The Site contains links to the App Store, Google Play and other external sites. Please refer to the privacy policy of each destination for how they handle personal data. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites.
9. Your rights (EEA and UK)
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, our processing of analytics data is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
